Dear guests!
We have put together some information and tips for you to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Below you will find information about our PIN system, our guest wifi, parking facilities, breakfast options etc. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Self-Check-In / PIN system
Prior to your arrival, we will send you an e-mail containing your personal 6-digit PIN code. This code applies both for our main entrance and for your room and is valid from 4.00 pm on the day of your arrival. Here is a brief guide to our pin system: to the PIN system: You will find our PIN terminal to the left of our entrance door - as well as on the lock of your room door. Please enter your 6-digit PIN code relatively quickly. The control lamp on the terminal should flash green after each number entry - if it flashes red, you have paused too long between entering the numbers or have entered an incorrect number. In this case, please try again. Press the tick immediately after entering the number. The lock is now unlocked and you can open the door and enter.

Guest Wi-Fi
Would you like to access the Internet free of charge? Please simply select our hotel network in your Wi-Fi settings and enter the user name and password (you will find both on the flyer in
your room).

Breakfast options
Do you need a good coffee and a delicious breakfast first thing in the morning? As we do not offer our own breakfast in the hotel, we have listed a few breakfast options "around the corner" below, which you can reach quickly and easily on foot (approx. 1-2 minutes' walk depending on the option you´re choosing). The current opening times and menu offers can be found on the respective websites of the cafés and bakeries.

Bar "Hanau A Go-Go"
Do you fancy a bar evening with cool drinks and good music - in a cosy, pleasant atmosphere? On the ground floor of the hotel you will find the cult bar "Hanau A Go-Go", whose decor concept
is inspired by the wild sixties, when little Hanau rose to become a rock'n'roll stronghold and enjoyed the reputation of a "Hessian St. Pauli" throughout Germany. Further information, a

Sustainable management
More and more guests are taking care to minimise their impact on the environment when travelling and are increasingly choosing not to have their rooms cleaned and towels changed. That's why we only clean our guests' occupied rooms on request. This reduces the consumption of resources and minimises our ecological footprint - as do many other measures with which we are committed to a greener future. Find out more here:

Car park "Nürnberger Strasse"
Are you travelling by car and need an inexpensive parking space in the immediate vicinity? The multi-storey car park "Parkhaus Nürnberger Straße" car park is located directly opposite the
hotel and offers special rates and night-time rates. Please note that the maximum entrance height of the car park is 2 metres, which is why it is not suitable for larger delivery vans,
